My blog keeps track of search engine terms and phrases that have been used to find my site. Usually, I’m on page 5 or more of the results. For the first time ever, I was the top Google result! The googled phrase was “stimulate rebate program, 2007″ (without the quotes). Here’s a screen shot. The result linked directly to Santini’s recent post. Later in the day a second phrase, “spending habits economical stimulate” (without the quotes) yielded the same top result. He really struck gold with that post. I have no idea how long it will remain the top result, but in the meantime, congratulations to both Santini and myself!
This is just amazing and so unexpected! First I like to thank my family and friends, without whom none of this would be possible. I’d also like to thank my agent and manager for never giving up on me and having faith that I could raise to the highest levels!
Ok, ok. Seriously it is pretty cool to pop up on google as the first result for a search and maybe the person learned something
I haven’t Googled myself in sometime now. I used to generate lots of searches from writing on other sites as well, but that was long ago and far away.
It won’t last long…
Sometime google “multiplexing karma” and look at the top site.Granted it is a term which is not used often however in time it may become more commonplace.
Actually, to get the top of google with some long tail term is quite easy, try it yourself,buddy.
